YAXI TV publishes educational content about digital signage, digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising, and screen network operations to help venue owners, advertisers, and operators make informed decisions. This page explains how that content is created, reviewed, updated, and corrected.
What Our Content Is For
The YAXI TV resources section contains practical guides and educational articles written for three audiences:
- Venue owners who want to understand how digital signage and DOOH advertising work, what monetizing their screens actually involves, and how to evaluate whether a platform like YAXI TV is right for their business.
- Advertisers who want to understand DOOH as a channel — how targeting, measurement, and proof-of-play work — before investing in venue screen campaigns.
- Screen operators who manage multi-venue networks and need practical knowledge about content management, monetization strategy, and network operations.
Our content is not written to drive page views or to pad out a keyword list. It is written to be genuinely useful to real readers making real decisions.
How Content Is Created
All educational content published by YAXI TV is written or directly supervised by team members with first-hand knowledge of digital signage operations, DOOH advertising technology, and screen network management. We do not outsource content creation to generalist writers without subject-matter expertise.
Our content draws from:
- Direct experience operating the YAXI TV platform and venue networks
- Published industry standards from organizations including IAB and OAAA
- Technical documentation from demand partners including Vistar Media and Google Ad Manager
- Operational knowledge from working with venue partners across multiple U.S. markets
When we describe how the YAXI TV platform works, those descriptions are based on how the platform actually works — not marketing copy. When we describe general industry concepts (how programmatic DOOH works, what CPM means), we distinguish between general industry explanations and YAXI-specific implementation details.
Accuracy Standards
We apply the following standards to all published content:
- No fabricated claims: We do not publish performance guarantees, revenue projections, or customer outcome claims that are not clearly grounded in what our platform actually does.
- Qualified language for aspirational features: Where features are in pilot, in beta, or available only to approved partners, we say so explicitly. We do not describe future capabilities as if they are current.
- No implied endorsements: We do not imply formal partnerships, certifications, or endorsements from third parties (including Google, Vistar Media, or any other company) beyond the actual business relationship that exists.
- Accurate market data: When we cite industry statistics (market size, CPM ranges, engagement data), we use defensible estimates and label them as estimates where appropriate, rather than citing them as exact figures.
Review and Update Process
Content is reviewed before publication by at least one team member with relevant operational or technical expertise in the topic area. Published articles carry a "last updated" date that reflects the date of the most recent substantive edit — not the original publication date unless no updates have been made.
We review published resource articles on a rolling basis as the platform evolves and as industry conditions change. Articles that reference features, pricing, or availability that has changed are updated or clearly marked as potentially outdated pending revision.
Corrections Policy
If you find a factual error in our content, we want to know. Please contact contact@yaxitv.com with the specific article URL and the correction you believe is needed.
We review correction requests and respond within 5 business days. If the correction is valid, we update the article and note the change. If we disagree with the correction request, we will explain our reasoning.
Product and Commercial Relationship Disclosures
YAXI TV is a for-profit business. Our educational content is published to help potential customers understand our industry and evaluate our platform — which is a commercial purpose. We are transparent about this.
- Our resource guides may include links to YAXI TV product pages and calls-to-action to sign up or contact sales. These are clearly distinguishable from the educational content.
- We have active commercial relationships with demand partners including Vistar Media and Google Ad Manager. We describe those relationships accurately in our content but do not imply endorsement beyond what has been formally established.
- We do not accept paid placements, sponsored articles, or undisclosed commercial content in our resources section. All content is created by or under the supervision of YAXI TV.
Content Not Covered by This Policy
This policy covers the educational articles in the YAXI TV resources section and the informational pages on this website (About, How It Works, FAQ, venue and advertiser pages). It does not govern the content displayed on venue screens, which is subject to our advertising guidelines and venue partner agreements.
